Nicotine-Free Vaping ?!

Can you vape without Nicotine ? You’ll be surprised to know that a large number of e-cigarette users within our region vape nicotine free. I may not be an e-cig expert, but I do know that vaping nicotine free is possible.Arguments around vaping devices here mainly to focus on nicotine, which is addictive, but is not the main cause of harm in smoking. Combustion is what causes the most harm in smoking. Nicotine is a mild stimulant,similar to caffeine.

While E cigarettes are not 100% safe, I keep insisting that should you choose to indulge in smoking, I’d rather you picked up an electronic cigarette.There are reasons why a lot of vapers within our region choose to vape nicotine free. For smokers who switch to vaping as a way to quit smoking, it might not be advisable to vape nicotine-free. If your’e attempting to quit smoking by switching to vaping and you choose to do so without nicotine, you may find your e-cig so unsatisfying that you relapse to smoking. If your looking to quit smoking by switching, it is advisable that you start with nicotine and decrease along the way.

But, if you have never been a cigarette smoker, but are tempted to pick up the habit, in this case it’s advisable that you use nicotine-free e juice,since there’s actually no combustion and it is a safer alternative to cigarettes .. (Safer). I think it;s a good thing that we should have these options available to youth who are tempted to experiment with cigarettes. This for me,is harm reduction.
